Mary is a wealthy woman in her late forties living with Max, a younger man in his twenties and very immature. They live in a very small town in Texas. She eventually meets and falls in love with a very wealthy older man and together they buy a small western town. The reader will be amused at all MaryÂ's antics in their relationship. Mary still cares for Max, but their relationship is not meant to be.
