A WW 2 Army Veteran, 77 yrs. old had to have something to do after a final retirement in June of '99, so I wrote and illustrated a book that I had been thinking about for a long time. The mystique of Texas and outhouses has put me on the road to the best-sellers list for Texas Humor. After 54 years of marriage, a successful career as a sales executive, 4 kids with spouses, grandkids and great-grandkids, to embark on a new career as an author is very exciting. It beats sitting in a chair watching T.V. as a retiree all to pieces!
