As a larger segment of our society ages and divorces increase, women are looking for something to help them through this "man-made" disaster. As a woman divorced after fifty, I found that humor proved to be an excellent coping mechanism and great therapy. Psychologists agree that if we can laugh at ourselves, we can cope with obstacles more effectively. My book is filled with humor-laden experiences and observations of mine.
