Book Description
Samsara is a fast-paced, satiric novel that takes the reader through the world of hip, urban Indian-Americans caught between two cultures, and striving to find out who they are. But Samsara is more than just a novel about identity politics. It is also an action-packed thriller fueled by the nefarious activities of secret cults and murderous love triangles. At the same time, Vrudhula pokes serious fun at the way Westerners have for so long viewed India as the source for their latest religious fad, while also showing the lighter side of life in the Indian diaspora. The time has come for a novel that takes you on the journey from East to West American style, and Vrudhula delivers in this groundbreaking work.
