About the Author
Fresh and imaginative writing. What a fine storyteller Paul McCreary is.
Mark Shaw, Author That reserved and genteel personality of Paul McCreary bursts forth once he takes pen in hand to create imaginative characters. Both sentimental and bizarre, his subjects let you know they have passed your way.
Von Williamson, Artist Author, Raconteur and Compulsive Liar As editor of a quarterly publication, I am used to dealing with dementia, schizophrenia, egomania, and paranoia. Paul McCreary's writing is like a breath of fresh air in an overpopulated steam room-like a window of reason lighting the shades of bedlam's insanity. David Stackhouse, WRAPS Quarterly Editor Paul McCreary explores life's demented edges, a realm where rats are a delicacy, and brain-consuming parasites are the least of one's worries. It is as if McCreary had recast Erskine Caldwell's work through the lens of William Burroughs. The result is pure, down-home madness.
