About the Author
Richard Karn plays Al Borland on Home Improvement and comes from a long line of builders in Seattle, Washington. A little wiser and a lot poorer, he currently lives in a beautifully renovated Spanish Mediterranean home in California's San Fernando Valley with his wife, Tudi, their son, Cooper, and their dogs, Scooby and Lucky. He has promised Tudi that they will never move or remodel another house again.
