The Suburban Vaistes : Book Two of The Adventures of Nosir Rag
Editorial Reviews
Book Description
The apocalypse is fun-but not half as much fun as getting there. In this, the second book in The Adventures of Nosir Rag series, Nosir searches for his lost and decompiled compatriot, Mainco Obliv. Nosir must brave the desert wasteland of the Suburban Vaistes where he meets bouncing balloon people at the court of a king whose head is not screwed on too tightly, a man whose TV in the middle of a perfectly cut lawn gets amazing reception and a talking lizard with an attitude, but none of this can save him from ending up as a fast-o-food worker in Valhalla. As Nosir's misfortunes build to a crescendo he finds himself facing the darkest group of winnas ever assembled-a fate, which just might be preferable to slaving away in a fast-o-food joint. With bags of fries in hand Nosir and his friends prepare to make a courageous last stand, hmm…maybe they should cut down on the carbs.
