Bibiana Castellanos has trouble staying in one place and can't stick to one job. Her latest adventure, bartending, is no longer amusing. Feeling a need to make a difference, she takes a job as an At Risk teacher in a middle school, unaware of what awaits her. Her students are unruly. They talk out of turn, pick on each other and never let Bibiana teach. But she is not about to give up.
